1. Center in stillness.
Place your hands over your heart and take three slow breaths. Feel the space inside you expand.
2. Speak from the timeless now.
Time and space are illusions — your intention already exists in the field of infinite light. You’re simply remembering it.
3. State your intention aloud or in writing.
Use present‑tense, loving language. For example:• “I open this vortex to restore harmony and peace within me.”
• “This vortex spirals with love, clearing fear and awakening joy.”
• “Through this vortex, I align with wholeness and help others remember their light.”
4. Visualize the spiral responding.
See the vortex glow brighter as your words ripple through it. Each breath strengthens the intention, weaving it into the spiral’s motion.
5. Anchor the energy.
Imagine the vortex settling gently into your heart, continuing to spin with your chosen purpose — steady, luminous, and alive.
