Activate yourself with Reiki if you have an Attunement. If not, rub your hands together until they feel warm. Breathe in to a count of four—hold for four—exhale through your mouth to a count of six. 4-4-6. Do this several times until you feel your body relaxing. Then stare at the center, top or bottom of the picture above. Place one hand over your heart as you continue to stare. Remain in this position until you feel the energy receding. (This post will receive live activation from 9-10 pm CST daily. It will be more powerful during that time but it holds energy 24 hours a day.)
